Professors
Diner was established in 1991 and is owned and operated by
Kevin and his wife,
Linda.
Kevin is a very giving individual, as are all members of his family,
and many of his his patrons, which is clear by the awards that adorn the walls
of the diner.
Kevin has spent his lifetime involving himself in charitable
work, such as fundraisers for the Knights Of Columbus and Make A wish Foundation,
amongst others. He is a Member of the Kings Park Chamber Of Commerce, and has
been active in sponsoring the Kings Park Soccer Youth Program, Kings Park Youth
Baseball, Sons Of Italy, and has made numeorus personal contributions
to the
Schools of Kings Park.
He also found the time to act as CYO Soccer Coach
in past years.
Kevin can be found working 7 days a week at Professors Diner,
so stop in and say "hello".
